Excellent play facilities for all children up to the age of 11/12. Very interactive equipment for all. Sensory section for under 2's. Soft play section for under 4's. Having 2 children with an age gap of 10 years, Rascals helped provide something for them both (at least for this year before our eldest is too grown). Staff were friendly and the kitchen area / toilets very clean. Staff were constantly seen going around cleaning tables and the floors throughout the centre. Only considerations I'd offer parents/ carers is that it seemed a very popular place for local families to visit, it was easy to see why. But this for some children maybe a little over stimulating. Secondly, the price is quite steep. £18 for 2 children for 2 hours. 3 drinks cost us over £10 (x2 coffees x1 slush). The food seemed a little pricey too in comparison to other soft play centres we have visited. But you do get nice service for the money...

Brought our children and my sisters children here for some indoor fun on a rainy day in the summer holidays. The place is quite big with all different sections including a big slide and a little electric quad track and even a football area upstairs. You can buy tokens for the quads at reception (and can pay on card for this - better than needing a £1 coin as you usually do for these in other places). There's an area for toddlers and it has loads of bouncers to take to the tables if you wanted to sit with a coffee while playing with your baby. Toddler/baby area itself is quite good too, has a little slide and climbing sections and also has a little sensory area for the younger babies too. Overall, the kids (18m, 5y, 5y & 7y) all had a great time! We will be coming back more regularly now :)

Grear place for kids to burn some energy , basic two sections. One for bigger kids and one for smaller. Also have a pay to ride mini kart area. Some big shopping center near by adult can go shopping while the kids is playing

Great for a kids party. Had a little room for the party with a table and benches then music and disc lights. The soft play is big and plenty for the kids to do. Plus the go karts are a bit different.

What a fantastic place. What a pleasure to be attended to by such helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Also, hats off to the chef today. Good quality food, well presented and delicious. All plates emptied. Highly recommend. Kids loved it.

Had a great time here today as something for the kids to do on Christmas eve. Not too crowded and everyone had a great time. The play area is huge and has plenty for the kids to do. There is a separate baby/toddler bit which is safe to let them run around. We did order some food too which was excellent! (I recommend the waffles). Always fun visiting here and the kids said they loved it which is always good. Recommend booking in advance over the phone. Thanks to all the staff, will definitely be booking again.

We had my sons 6th birthday party here today. The staff could not have been more helpful from start to finish! We had Frankie as our host who made sure the party ran smoothly and, along with the rest of the team, helped cater to our needs and kept things moving along beautifully. All our guests had a lovely play on the fabulous equipment, thanks to all who helped make this day so special for my little boy!
